ATHLETIC FITNESS JUNIOR/SENIOR
Prerequisite: Participation in an extracurricular sport.
The central focus of this course will be the development of proper safety, technique, and the application of current principles of free weight training. Specific lifts that will be focused on include: bench press, curls, squats, leg press, upright rows, and tricep curls. Enrollment is limited to MCHS student athletes. A coach's signature is needed to register for this class.
1 CREDIT GRADES: 11 or 12 1 SEMESTER
